Registration Payment Details

This notice sets out the registration requirements and payment details for this site.

Registration fees
These are charged on an annual subscription basis, and will provide you with unrestricted access to all features of this website for a period of twelve (12) months from the date on which payment (or the notification thereof) is received. There is, additionally, a small one-off charge to cover the initial administration functions associated with setting up a new account. These fees (only UK pounds sterling will be accepted) are as follows;

Residents of the EEC who use this service will also be charged VAT (current UK rate is 20%). Residents of Australia also have the facility to pay by cheque in Australian dollars (choose the ‘Australian Dollar cheque’ option in the Method of payment drop down list) - click on the flag for further registration details.


Four-User bundle
If you wish to use CSAF concurrently on multiple computers then you must purchase the appropriate number of additional licences. The heavily discounted ‘four user bundle’ licence provides four separate logins that are independently usable in multi-computer environments such as Reading Rooms. Please note

• Each single login of the four-user bundle can be assigned individually named login identifiers. Please enter your preferred names in the four prompt boxes on the registration page, though note that names such as Librarian and ReadingRoom are no longer available.
• Passwords can all be the same (or all different, if requested) for each of the four login identifiers.
• The four-user bundle is renewable as a single entity.
• CSAF specified terms and conditions on concurrent usage apply individually to each of the four logins, and no individual login may be sold on to a third party.
• The original purchaser is responsible for both maintaining and enforcing the individual and collective use of the four-user login bundle.
• An individual, organisation or Reading Room that purchases the four-user bundle may assign unused logins to family, friends or church associates.

Online Payments
If you prefer to pay your registration fee electronically via a credit card we outsource the actual payment function to Paypal, and your credit card details will be taken via their secure server. What happens when you register?
Once payment of the registration and setup fee has been received, your details, based on the information you supplied on the Site’s Registration form, will be entered into the website database and your account activated.

Note that when you login, the number of days remaining for your registration will be displayed on the top right of the screen underneath your Registration name.

• A password hint question and answer is held within your personal profile to facilitate resending of a new password to the registered email address should you forget your existing password.
• The site does not allow new subscription requests to reference an existing login name or e-mail address. If none of the supplied login name choices are available you will be notified accordingly by email, and a further short list of choices will be asked for.
• If you don’t renew your registration before the anniversary of your joining then the viewable data will be restricted in the same manner as that of the demo login.
